Copyright & DMCA Takedown Policy

Hivara respects the intellectual-property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. This policy explains how to report content you believe infringes your copyright and how Hivara responds.

1. Reporting claimed infringement. If you believe content on Hivara infringes a copyright you own or control, send a written notice to our designated contact at contact@hivara.app that includes: (a) your physical or electronic signature; (b) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed; (c) identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to let us locate it; (d) your contact information (name, address, email); (e) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and (f) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on its behalf.

2. Our response. Upon receiving a valid notice, we will review it and may remove or disable access to the material and notify the affected user.

3. Counter-notice. If you believe your content was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice to contact@hivara.app including: (a) your signature; (b) identification of the removed material and its prior location; (c) a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification; and (d) your contact information and consent to the jurisdiction provided by applicable law.

4. Repeat infringers. We may suspend or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
